- keep an eye out for the May issue of Modern Drummer magazine for an article of our own Steve Honoshowsky and his collaborative percussion project, Speak Softly and Carry a Big Stick, Steve is in the process of assembling vol.3 and it'll be a bad motha-shut yo mouth, with guest drummers like Billy Martin (Medeski Martin and Wood) and Weasel Walter (Behold the Arctopus, the Flying Luttenbachers).

Lots of good shit to report!
- first of all, tonight (april 6th)- No Use for Humans, Wet Wolf, Darren Deicide and Jesse Seabird are playing Division St. Music (19 Division St) in Somerville at 7pm and it's free!
I've been booking shows there every thursday and they've been going well, if you ever in the middle of NJ on a thursday evening stop in and say hello.

Nachty news: 2/1/12
Lots of fun shit to report! and some not so fun shit...
let's get to the good stuff first
- Mothguts has a few new songs, they will be recorded and released real soon and there's talk a-brewin about a northeast tour in late April 2012
- the Mike Noordzy Quintet album, "dream-ee-chi-wah," will make it's live performance debut Feb 10th in Princeton NJ (check the shows page)
- the Mike Noordzy/David Freeman Imaginary Quartet will have it's live debut this month as well, Feb 19th at Goodbye Blue Monday, with special guest Max "Mussy" Ross of Mofodishu fame
- Wet Wolf and Intense Men also plan to release new records this year
- On February 26th Mike Noordzy and Jon Francis are recording an album in an elevator in Hoboken NJ as part of the Write-On Festival.
- Thomas Bendel is making a Nacht Record!
- Dave Ross's quartet record will be released this spring!
- and last but not least, BALLROOMs debut album will be out next month if not sooner
